Performance Calculations

    Valcon provides power plant performance calculations based on ASME PTC standards. Results are calculated in real time data or taken from control system historical data. Calculations are embedded into process control system (PCS) or in manufacturing execution system (MES).

  Performance calculators compares actual efficiencies with expected ones, hence providing good insight for maintenance planning. Moreover calculators divides efficiency losses into sections based on ASME PTC standards, hence showing which process parts engineers should focus on  to increase efficiency of  the whole plant.

  Performance calculation is a data driven tool, enabling engineers to increase plant efficiency and availability. 

Part of our performance calculation activities is data acquisition and analysis of operational data.
